How to diagnose my Innovation Competence?

About This Course

Innovation has been an emerging issue in recent years. There are a lot of people who think of innovation as the magical solution for nearly all troubles affecting our organizations. In fact, it is quite frequent to find in the media specialised in Economy or Organizations the link between the survival of organizations and the way they promote, manage and use innovation. Yet, innovation is performed by people and, unfortunately, it is not so easy to find models that allow us to analyse the employees’ behaviour that enhances innovation in our organizations.

In this course, we will offer you a model of innovation competence formed by three dimensions, which will be applied so that you can assess your own competence or others’ working for your organization. You will be able to detect requirements and needs, as well as to establish individual formation actions. Evidence of the result of possible initiatives to enhance innovation can also be collected.
